MS-INT-2026 SG · HK · SHENZHEN

Build the agentic workflow behind engineering and NPI.

2 positions · 90-day paid program · Hong Kong + Shenzhen · Jun 1 – Aug 31, 2026 · Apply by May 15

01 What makes this different

You're not running prompts. You're architecting the system.

  1. 01

We're engineering the layer between agent capability and engineering output. You'll help architect it.

  2. 02

The NPI workflow is the work — not the engagement, the system that runs it. We measure cycle time, and so will you.

  3. 03

The work spans Hong Kong and Shenzhen because that's where engineering and supply meet. The agent fleet is what holds it together.

  4. 04

Every project produces a sanitized story published as Build-in-Public content.

02 The shape of 90 days

Three phases. One workflow you didn't have on day one.

Phase 01 · Ramp

Ramp

Onboarding into the agent fleet, doctrine, and tools. Shadow a senior on a live workflow. First small-scope contribution lands early.

Phase 02 · Build

Build

Take ownership of a workflow segment. Architect changes to process, agent orchestration, or integration. Ship your first end-to-end contribution — we measure cycle time before and after.

Phase 03 · Ship + Publish

Ship + Publish

Ship the larger workflow you've been building. Sanitization + publication: your project becomes a Build-in-Public story. Final review — decide what's next.

04 How to apply

Four stages. Nothing hidden.

Stage 01

Interested?

You've read the program and the kind of person we're looking for. If it sounds like you, the rest is just the four-step process below.

Stage 02

Submit your details

You fill out the basics on this page — name, university, and email. We send you a secure link to continue. About 10 minutes.

Stage 03

Question and Answer

You finish the application with deeper background, motivation, and what you've built. Then a short video, two credential uploads, and written Q&A. About an hour total.

Stage 04

Decision

We review everything and get back to you within two weeks.

05 Where + when

Hong Kong remote, Shenzhen onsite — the split is roughly 50/50.

About half your time is remote in HK — campus, apartment, wherever you can work. The other half is onsite at our supplier facility in Guangming District, Shenzhen. That's where the actual NPI work happens, and that's where you'll be when you're there.

We might also send you to Dongguan or Hanoi for occasional day-trips. You won't be in Singapore — the SG HQ is administrative; the actual work happens between HK and the mainland.

06 Frequently asked

Have questions? Here are the answers.

Who is MySynergy?
MySynergy Global Packaging Technologies Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-incorporated structural packaging company (UEN 202433325K) headquartered at 160 Robinson Road, Singapore. We do NPI engineering for tech-firm clients — the people building consumer hardware. Our positioning bridges Vietnam production, retained China engineering relationships, and US-fluent agentic communication for clients navigating the "anywhere but China" supply-chain shift. This internship builds the agent fleet that runs that work.
Is this an internship or fixed-term employment?
Both. The recruitment program is structured as an internship — that's the program label and how it lives on your CV. The legal substance is 90-day fixed-term employment under Singapore Employment Act. We treat the role as fully employment-covered: payroll, EA-compliant termination, the works.
What's the compensation, and what's covered?
HKD 20,000 per month, paid monthly via bank transfer. Travel between Shenzhen / Dongguan / Hanoi is covered separately — we book your flights and hotels directly. There's also a daily meal allowance when you're traveling for work.
What right of entry to mainland China counts?
Mainland Chinese ID Card · HK/Macao Home Return Permit · Taiwan Travel Permit · valid PRC M (business) or Z (work) visa. If you don't have one yet and are otherwise a strong fit, we can support a visa application — flag it on Stage 2.
What language do you actually need?
English is the working language internally and with clients. Practical Mandarin is required for supplier-floor coordination in Shenzhen. Cantonese is a plus, not a requirement.
What about taxes?
You're paid in HKD via bank transfer. Tax responsibility is yours in any applicable jurisdiction (HK, mainland China, etc.). We don't withhold or file on your behalf — talk to a tax professional if you're unsure.
Can I apply if I'm not a HK uni student?
Yes — there's a separate path for non-HK candidates via API/agent. Register your interest here. This Stage 1 form is for HK uni candidates with right of entry to mainland China.
What happens after I submit the Q&A round?
We review everything within two weeks. You'll hear back — yes, no, or come back next round. We give you a clear reason either way. We don't ghost.
